Also Calisthenicmovement has a good amount of bodyweight training videos. It is "easy" to follow since they do - same as Jeff - easy versions of the exercise as well as advanced level. The gym isn’t just a place for me to work on my physique, it’s also the way that I deal with mental and emotional stress so not having the ability to go each day is a triple whammy for me. What’s worse, self-quarantine means that I don’t even have the social interaction that I use to deal with stress outside of the gym. Thank you for sharing this workout in a real time format. I did it in the middle of a football field last night far enough away from others. I might swap the Plank Side Oblique Crunch with leg lifts, leg ups, butt ups, or whatever they're called. I typically get lower back pain after doing those crunches probably due to poor form. I'm feeling sore in new places today after thinking I could push through a third set after barely making it through 2 sets. I'm kind of glad there was no one around to see that.

Hey Scott, long time fan of your videos! Since my gym is closing, I'm going to be joining you on 10 sets of 10 reps pull ups every day for the month. I've also a few pieces of equipment at home which will allow me to at least maintain during what could be a long time without the gym. I think it would be a great idea to use this period as an opportunity to train in a different way, and think it would be tremendously useful if you continued with these videos in helping us create our own weekly workout routines. If I may offer some critique, I prefer your videos where you provide verbal guidance as you progress through the routine, announcing each exercise before you start the movement. This workout is heavily core centric, largely focusing on the obliques. I dont recommend doing this routine directly after eating. Otherwise, its quick and easy to follow along. The on screen titles for the exercises and the timer are very nice to have. Definitely helps.
