Hey Scott, I'm a big fan of yours as an Army veteran one thing I miss is PRT (Physical Readiness Training) in the morning for the Army so now I days I'm a truck driver so I get my PRT whenever I can; day, night, or dawn, and I look up too your videos. I wann say you are a God of Fitness among men. Once we made it to the Judo Push up I was ready to give up. That was brutal. I love it

I definitely would like more of such videos. Maybe a full 15 mins workout (17mins total video) for 3 rounds at least. Because there's such a shortage of great workouts like these. Out of all e follow along exercises u have posted. These 4 series (pull, push, legs) are by far e easiest. I couldn't even get through 1 round of e ultimate chest exercises. But this was a breeze so I'd love u to have filmed it for 3 rounds. Because it messes your mind up when u have to rewind e video to do another 2 rounds. In your mind, there's a switch that says "workout over" when video ends. Grsat job once again.

The Cool thing about my home gym is that we have enough equipment for me to stick to the same workouts I was doing at the gym. I have a cable machine, adjustable dumbbells that go to 60lbs, plates (2.5,5,10,25,35,45lbs), and 2 barbells. Oh and an easy curl bar. But I still love to watch your vids Scott. When I started you were the channel I watched to learn form and exercise stuff and I started lifting bc of you. So thanks for that bro

Hi Scott. Me and my wife have been doing your workouts for the last few weeks and love them as you are so enthusiastic which is great. If you could just answer the following question it would be much appreciated. My wife is trying to to lose a little weight and tone up whilst i am trying to put a little weight on and tone up/build more muscle. How many days a week should each of us be doing your workouts and should we be having a rest day every other day to help muscles recover/grow. At the moment we are doing one of your 20min and 10mins workouts each day for 4 or 5 days and then having a rest day. Keep up the good work!!! :)

I did this in my kit for the military. I am stuck on home on stand by and need to keep in shape. I think when the flutter kicks started on the second round is when my stuff started to feel pretty heavy. Haha. Good stuff keep it coming.

I also watched exercises for legs, that was quite helpful to and were not that difficult except few, the one lying on ur back and u just have to slide ur legs, nd that waist is up and u just have keep dragging ur inward and outward without touching waist on ground was little tough!!
