So easy in fact that some agencies, such as the Kansas City MO PD (prob more but thats all I can confirm from working there previously) offer those special steering lock bars made for Kia's specifically. They even offer them for free because stealing Kia's is such an easy thing (not sure why.) The young generation of thugs has been making a name for themselves as well as videos and such stealing them, going on chases, driving stupid, hurting people by doing so and what not.

Hi, brit here. Our police are outrageously underfunded, no matter which government is in office, none of them ever fund the police enough, so they're hugely against damaging their vehicles in a pursuit because the likely outcome is that it wont get replaced.
