@@nox6438These generic statements about America (US) drive me bananas. The US or rather states, counties, and municipalities in the US lack population density. The same for Canada and Mexico. San Bernardino County (California) is 22,000 square miles with a population of 2 million; whereas Belgium is 11,000 square miles with a population of 11.6 million. Explain to me how a county wide public transportation would work in San Bernardino County. I lived in a little village in the department of Lot in France and there was zero public transportation; so it isn’t an American thing, it’s a reality of population density thing. I agree that some people are going to do what they feel they must do and a law won’t stop them. I know people honestly screw up and deserve 2nd chances but 16 times, you’ve chose to live outside the law - the best public transportation in the world wouldn’t have changed their ways.

The first driver in number 3 must have been confused AF. Look at it from the drivers point of view, they're pulled over, the cop takes their drivers license and insurance papers back to the cop car to run the checks on them and then... the cop takes off at high speed, leaving with your DL and insurance. WTF do you do now? Stay there pulled over? Leave and call the cops later to ask what's up? Sey eff it and just get a new DL and insurance card?

The cops probably did more property damage than it was worth, plus the risk of serious injury or fatality goes WAY up.
