What is wrong with you people if you can transfer your own property without an Inheritance Administration Lawyer so can greedy trustees and siblings when we're vulnerable, why not pay the Prebate Nickel or NICER Probate Dime to avoid the crime and Quarter to 50% it cost my family in billable litigation hours when a greedy trustee changed the trust and ruined my family.

Ask your bank officer. Recently I added my adult son in writing as a “3rd party authorized” to inquire & pay mortgage etc. It seemed that their opinion was they have nothing to do with the title.

@@almaequihua7483 The Deed or title are outside bank’s jurisdiction. The bank just wants the loan paid. When your loan is paid off, whatever your Deed title is; bank will now record at the county that your Deed or Trust is “Paid in full”; I recently inquired.

I Googled. The Article explains Prop 19 affects Taxation & transfer of property. “REDUCING YOUR PROPERTY TAXES: CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 19 allows eligible homeowners to transfer the taxable value of their existing primary residence to a replacement primary residence. In the spirit of personal privacy, I would like to ask you an important question. "What law requires one to record their personal property or private matters with a county recorder, e.g., government agency?" It is my understanding that statutes and regulations only apply to legal fictions and corporate entities, not living humans. We're told, all too often, that we "have to" do something without being provided documented proof. Non-fiction, living people are not required to follow another man's direction or directives. So..., again..., where is it written that a living man must record his private property and/or personal transactions with a government agency? I have learned that there is no such "requirement".
