Hey Paul could talk about how to find your niche to invest in because other property investing trainers suggest that you look across the country for the niche but I feel investing the area where you live is better due to familiarity

I agree very much with you. Invest where you live, know, can travel to easily etc is a great rule. Needs to be a very good reason to go somewhere else. Good luck.

I would highly recommend the book, it’s a really practical and interesting read with real life examples and written in a way which is easy to understand. (Im not on commission before anyone says!)

I purchased your book and have been studying it along with my partner. I have read the story about abi, I am getting really interested in learning. I am really interested in possibly buying my first property through auction. But I am a little lost in where to find investors and just starting up the whole thing as I am not one of the lucky ones with wealthy friends or family with at least 10k in their banks. I would also like to know where I can find where to get onto your webinar classes if you have any coming up?
