Thanks John, writing manuscript was one of my weakest part of my early career. I procrastinated, which effected my career. Now the first thing before starting a work, I write complete manuscript by assuming the expected outcome. This way I hit two birds at a time, one as soon as the work is complete I have a manuscript is ready and secondly I would have complete review of literature and have methodologies ready in hand. I suggest every one should at least write Introduction, material and methods before start of a work.
