good stuff. this question is not related to this post, but I just listened to one of your podcasts last night that talked about your journey of using different splits over the years. I was intrigued by your push, pull, legs, arms split and wanted to ask how you'd structure an arm day on that split? And on that split, would you usually do ANY tri and bi iso on push and pull days or do all of that on arm day?
