No that is the furtest thing from the truth..Wanna know how to bench press probably? Follow the people who dedicated their life to it on a high level.. Powerlifters, and strongmen are the best people to go to to learn about bench, deadlifts, squats, ohp and even Barbell Rows. I recomend Ed Coan, Allan thrall, Omarisuf, Alpha Destiny Eddie Hall, Brian Shaw and Hafthor Bjornson
