Could you make more cold recipes? It's getting warmer outside and I always lose my appetite in summer so more recipes like these would be great!

Hello Miss Sayaka, all of these dishes look super delicious! Thank you so much for sharing the recipes! I've been really eager to try the cold ramen salad so I saved your recipe as soon as I saw it on the thumbnail. :) Here in Portugal it's been very hot lately so I think all of these will taste amazing right now. I hope everything is well and thank you once again for the amazing content. :)

Thank you for another great vid. Yes, summer soon in the northern hemisphere and still warm in some other places. I heard that it was well over 30 degrees Celsius in the shade in Kyushu today. Time to eat cold soba, udon and noodles. I had never had cold pasta before I came to Japan, but tasted it and found it excellent and refreshing. Many days one showers in the morning, put on clean clothes, go out and is soaking wet of sweat after 5 minutes! One goes into shops that are not interesting but just to get a bit of AC, lol. Then a plate of cold soba and soup is so good. I do want the pickled ginger with it. Your udon with minced meat and bok choy seems great. All recipes very nice and nice trick with onsen eggs! Also the sukiyaki beef is perfect warm for a simple beef rice bowl. We will soon have warm weather here in Romania too, a few years ago we had a certified 45 C in the shade! Arigato and have a good summer!

Love all of these recipes and have made some of them. For the Dan Dan noodle one instead of peanut butter can I use tahini? I hate peanut butter.
