I started with you when I weighted nearly 300 pounds, doing the beginner's workouts. They were so hard I was sweating on the inside - coughing lung sweat onto the mat. Now, with a serious change in diet and consistently working out, I am a lean, muscular 135 pounds, and can do this workout with very little grumbling. So, if you ever think you don't make a difference in someone's life, think about that :D

Hola, es difícil calcular las calorías, porque no todos quemamos lo mismo, depende de tu edad, sexo, estatura, peso y actividad física diaria. Yo utilizo un pulsómetro que mide la frecuencia cardíaca, y me dice las calorías que quemé porque previamente le introduje los valores antes dichos: altura, sexo, etc. Es la única forma de saber lo que quemas. Yo si te sirve de referencia, por mi edad, peso, altura quemo en un workout intenso de cardio unas 330 Kcal cada hora, pero un hombre más joven y alto que yo posiblemente queme cerca de 1000 Kcal haciendo el mismo workout. Saludos y espero haberte ayudado.

The most challenging part for mee is the high jumps but I always like to do my best in the last exercises and which one was the last one? The one with the high jums hahahaha, but know what?
