Honestly, you were one of my very few favorite fitness gurus. All of my others stopped producing and giving free KZbin videos long ago. As a stay-at-home mother, I rely on my workouts at home to be free. I can't afford a gym, let alone a subscription to workouts. After you and the other fitness gurus that I enjoyed stopped the free workouts, I found it difficult to find a new one to enjoy and follow. Now, finding out that you're back to what you did before, I am SO happy. You're my number one go-to for workouts! You keep it challenging (which i need!) , and your workouts are fun (for me). ;) So, sincerely, thank you for coming back.

I did this after completing a 45 Sydney Cummings strength and conditioning workout. This workout def could have stood on it's own and have been plenty! This type of non-stop cardio abs workout of yours, I think, is the most challenging!
