Wow. This was a great workout. I tried some of the shorter workouts (from 20 to 35 minutes) on this channel and although they were okay I didn't find them very challenging (despite the fact that I am considerably older than the trainers). I suppose they made those workouts for people who are less capable; if the workouts were too difficult few people would use them. Then this workout showed up in my KZbin feed so I decided to try it. It was definitely more challenging - and not only because it was longer. The exercises were more challenging and that is what I was looking for. Despite this (and the fact I am quite a bit older than the trainer) I was able to keep up with her for almost all the exercises. I will definitely be coming back to this routine (and looking for similar workouts on this channel).

No es necesario que el video lo incluya. Ya hay videos con calentamiento y estiramiento. La rutina que sea, 10, 20, 30 ó más, debes calentar y estirar. Sólo hazlo por tu cuenta buscando los viseos.

Yes since the second exercise was star jump i needed a warm up to push myself to that intensity, should have added ab exercises in the beginning.

I'm 5'3 and around 46 kg. Mu watch says i burned 500 cal. So you just burn half of the calories
