You are blowing everyone away with these sessions. This is ny far the best session to date nothing fancy just pure mental toughness and endurance. This is like boxers dancing with a rope in the 1970s doing 15 rounds of jump rope but with 5 more rounds added. This is what I am talking about 👌👍

Yep this was a jump rope endurance grinder that I chose to use Boxer Step which is less taxing than Basic Bounce.

Using a heavy rope like I do from Crossrope will help you burn more calories than a pvc jump rope. In my training I use a combination of bodyweight and weighted exercises and along with AMP connected to the Crossrope APP for my cardio workouts.
