@@lilianlopez8584 to be honest, I enjoy working out with the playlist of the workout video or just following my breathing so that I don't get distracted by my OWN playlist 😅 BUT Since I love dancing, I'll dance after sport to songs with choreography that I like or create one😅( be goofy). 1) "Let me love you until you love yourself " NEYO 2) "POWER " Beyonce 3) "Say my name" Hyolyn 4) "Into you" Paramore 5) "Embouteillage"Petit Pays Just dance after working out as a reward to WHATEVER music you like. YOU CAN DO IT 💪🏾🤗😘

She is never tired because she only films the key sequences. That way, she only has to edit the video by putting back the clips shot one after the other 👌🏼

Glad to have you back. Your channel has created a new healthy habit for me. I have been jumping rope every day now for the last 30 days, and plan to keep it up. Legs feel better than they have for a long time. The last 10 days, I have added some shadow boxing moves with light hand weights, to work the upper bod a little more. Looking forwards to 2021 with you!!

I have just resumed working out, and I started with your 10min beginner jump rope workout. Since I wasn't new to jumping rope I thought it wasn't challenging enough. Kept looking and found this. It's perfect for me to start with and build up to longer jump rope sessions! Great combination of footwork and sets. Just finished my 3rd workout of the week and I haven't been sweating this much in a long time - thank you!

You did this video where you showed the footwork for jump rope. It changed everything. So i would do 10 min of that footwork no rope til i had a good pace then moved to a rope. Ive watched boxers othe vids but your changed me. Im diabetic and have taught others that want a change. I watch how long they can do the footwork then get them to do 5 minutes. Most peoples ceilings are low so people like the footwork drills. Thank you.

after 6 months tried this one again! my counters info - 1650 steps- 13 mins, 104 kcal. I did simple skipping with a lot of mini water breaks, so much sweats it gives that didn't came in walking of 40 mins. my own counted jumps by self was- 500 in 21 mins.

This was awesome thank you. I struggled a lot with balance when doing any variations other than the simple bounce, but I guess with practise I'll improve. Love the fact that you just dove right into it too without any filler.

Hello❤ thanks to your videos i learned how to jump the rope and i'm loving and enjoying doing it 🥹 Unfortunately i'm still learning how to do the different jumps with the rope, so i'm sticking into only doing the basic bounce jump following ur videos. They also will help to prevent injuries as you are alternating the load on your calfs. Just finished this workout and I absolutely love it .... I do follow your other 30 min jump rope workouts however I feel like this one has a lesser impact on my ankles which will help me to stay consistent. Also ended up doing 1500 jumps , 50 jumps every 20 seconds. Gonna try this workout for 30 days combined with 10k walking every day and see what the results are. Now question please , do you know ruffle how many calories does the workout burn ? I am currently 180 lbs . Many thanks for your amazing jump rope workouts

However I do know that others like to so each to their own. Another reason is that it's not an accurate measure either. Day 1: Completed the full workout as an evening session only Day 2: One more session down. Do not understand how challenging this workout can be, especially for a beginner😢🥰

So just did this a final overload after doing a 20 minute strength circuit, disgusting yet good. I now have a 40 minute work out

its just my rougly calculation of samsung step counter- 1300 steps, 11 mins, 93 kcal. I enjoyed doing it, on my count i did 516 jumps.

Really impressive! At very early stages and have a very basic rope. Wondering if you could advise on the best type of footwear for jump rope outdoors along with a decent rope? Thanks

Yes, definitely. Majority of the time I wear Nike which would be a running shoe that has a good mid sole. I also like Reebok Classic as well. At the moment these are the shoes I use the most. www.nike.com/au/t/daybreak-shoe-6F26ZG/CK2351-001

Don't understand why there is 5 dislikes on this video. That routine is low impact but affective in weighr loss; and the production is off the chain. Big fan of this woman because I'm also a trainer and, I'm an avid rope jumper. ANOTHER THING; there should be more SUBS than this.
