Follow-along and enjoy this full body dumbbell workout! It will help to build muscle and strength using compound movements and a slow to moderate tempo per rep which will ramp up calorie burn post-workout. This session targets the whole body including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) it also targets your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn body fat, burn calories and build your muscle in just 20 minutes with this dumbbell full body strength workout.

I just found your channel after being a Caroline Girvan fan for the last few years. (I still am! But so many of her workouts are long.) I'm a busy mom of 3 little ones and I LOVE that your workouts are short and to the point! Super effective and sweaty! 😂 Thank you!

I did mine the opposite way I started with MaMM exclusively for months and built up my endurance so now I can do some CG workout but I’m not giving up MaMM ever

Just here to say I'm a caroline girvan too since I was is college lol . Now I'm a mom of two and I can't keep with her . This is more doable for me but I hope to build endurance again .

Thank you from a beginner! I like that you keep the movements simple and go at a pace I can keep up with. I also like the diagrams to show me what muscles I am working so I can correct my form if I need to.

Hiya, this all depends on you. I tend to use a variety of weights in these workouts. This workout in particular I used 7.5kg for the compound moves and and then I used 5kg for the moves involving isolations. Due to the minimal rest period it is more than enough to challenge me. Sometimes I go heavier but don’t tend to used heavier then 2x10kg and only go heavier it if it’s glute bridges. Test a few different weights that you are confident with and mix and match as you need. Anything from 3-8kg is a good range to give yourself to start with.

Hard to tell most likly 10s and 15 or 20s ..but use weight that you can do right form but pushes you those last 2 reps each body part is differnt so can have a couple differnt sizes
