My first time with this instructor... I would consider myself intermediate. This was extremely creative and challenging, and I must say that the one thing that allowed me to keep up with the practice was her voice and style of instruction. Not too much talking, not chit chat or laughter or stream of consciousness thoughts. Just a laid-back instruction with good verbal cues. I will practice this maybe on a slightly slower speed until I am more comfortable, but I definitely finished. Very strong practice for me, a lot of wrist work!! Thank you for making this available for us for free. Beautiful setting as well, I love the line of lights. Namaste and Have a beautiful day from New York.

You are so so so much better than some of the 1 million followers yoga teacher on KZbin 😂 you are so underrated and you deserve more subscribers. I'm a yoga teacher myself and your cues are on point. The flow is somewhat non traditional and funky! Love it! Just taught one of your flow yesterday.

Thank you for keeping this unpredictable and enough instruction without it being overbearing. The transition were fun and the transitions helped a lot with keeping in the body and out of the mind :)

My go-to yoga practices for some reason wouldn’t load this morning and I came upon this. It is now bookmarked and saved. I love the flow and the opportunity to get “spicy”. Challenging, rewarding and a really great cool down. Thank you!

Tons of shoulder spice with those alternating taps in bear plank! The biggest challenge for me was transitioning without hands from low boat to crow, seems so simple but it’s so not. Practicing with you for an hour was a special treat ☺️ Thank you!!

Notes for self: arm/shoulder heavy; lots of core work; many lower on toes; quicker paced; lots of repetition; sweaty; great lower body stretches at end. Difficulty 4/5 ; Enjoyability 5/5

Nicole! I hadn't taken one of your flows in a while so I was very excite to see a new full class - I loved it! Practicing with you always gives me so much space to explore new shapes and to be brave enough to try and see what I can do! Your classes always make me feel like you're standing in front of me, saying "I beliebe in you, you can do anything!" and at the same time knowing that it's completely okay if I fall out of a shape. I love that there is a lengthy cool down/stretch and a vinyasa at the end! Thank you for this amazing class! Namaste and lots of love from Berlin!

Great flow. Your innovation with connecting poses (asanas😙) is the best I’ve experienced. My one ‘type A’ nit. When I hear, “ this is the last time through”, my mind wants expects to transition to something new. Not go through the sequence a couple more time, even if I like the sequence. A tiny nit.😍😏
