This is a sixty minute free yoga class - it's a slow flow power yoga practice. It's not appropriate for total beginners (i.e. people with less than ten classes under their belts) but anyone else should be okay with this, provided they take the modifications needed and understand that it is a power class - you will be sweating and working quite hard! As always, listen to your body and take a break when needed in child's pose or savasana.
In this class we stretch, then work into a vinyasa flow, practice balances like warrior three and crow pose, and play around with baby grasshopper. It's a challenging yoga class, but enjoyable! I hope you love it!
