One of my favorite morning yogas. Headstand is a really good calibration of focus and balance for the morning.

Thanks Candace, I will check it out! I'm going cold turkey with changing my eating habits so I am looking to do it smart! Fruits, veggies, whole grains, tofu, etc!! Along with yoga, I'm feeling awesome!!

I love this practice! In the beginning when you say to bring a smile to your face without actually smiling is seriously a game changer, it gives you an extra amazing feeling and allows you to focus even more on your practice. Sometimes the most simplest of things make an enormous difference. Thank you!

Hi Candace, one thing I loved about this video was that you had the microphone on you, hearing you breath really helped me to remind myself to keep breathing! Thank you for another great video!

I haven't done any yoga in over a week and this felt really good. I love sequences that dont have lots of vinyasas in them but that are still challenging :D

Loved this yoga flow! I am half way through your 15 day hip opening challenge and decided to try starting the 30 day strong flow. This particular flow was full of things I know I wouldn't have been able to do if I hadn't been doing yoga consistently. I have been trying to nail down my tripod headstand and didn't realize that was in this flow. I actually lifted in and out of it without struggling like I normally do! So encouraging. Thank you for your amazing videos! :)

Candice, thank you very much for this awesome instructional video. I have been looking for a good but simple series of movements to get me flexible and relaxed. I travel so this is perfect for anywhere. I lift weights and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu so this coincides with my lifestyle. Now, please share some eating tips!!!!

So inspired by your practice! I love your classes and hope to continue getting better with them each day. I have very tight hamstrings (always have - I'm also a weightlifter which keeps them tight) and would love a yoga flow specifically for the flexibility in the posterior legs if you have a good one I can try?

Did you find you needed a higher quality video camera to get good quality? I have a Canon Camcorder and an iPad. Thanks for any information you can share.

Thanks for this amazing video. I had a problem though, when doing the pose at 11:36, my wrist just couldn't handle all my weight and I couldn't do it. Is there any way to make my wrists stronger? Thank you so much.

Yes. Spread your fingers and really try to engage every single muscle in the hands. Grip the mat like you're a rock climber

I've been searching for a good yoga instructor on KZbin for quite a while and your channel has really interested me. You are a fantastic yoga instructor. Definitely earned my subscribtion. Only thing is, can you not breath so loudly? It's distracting and quite frankly unattractive. Thank you
