I love this practice! Loved this yoga flow! I am half way through your 15 day hip opening challenge and decided to try starting the 30 day strong flow. This particular flow was full of things I know I wouldn't have been able to do if I hadn't been doing yoga consistently. I have been trying to nail down my tripod headstand and didn't realize that was in this flow. I actually lifted in and out of it without struggling like I normally do! So encouraging. Thank you for your amazing videos! :)

So inspired by your practice! I love your classes and hope to continue getting better with them each day.
