Yeah, people are usually this weight because of mental conditions, which often comes with horrible attitudes. It's just the nature of addiction really. Especially with addictions that people really don't want to get rid of, or even see as addictions... as is with food. People who don't *want* to get better get very defensive and aggressive towards people trying to help them. It's all very sad. With this woman, you can see someone who will probably succeed since she seems to be above or past many of those mental issues.

Update : Kanae had setbacks , but she was able to lose almost 200 lbs, but she is unable to get the surgery at this time because of her heart. They are not sure if she will be able to survive the surgery at the moment. I think she roughly down to 490 now.

I always hope these people succeed, I’m over weight and have been my whole life, but thankfully I only got up to 204lbs. But even that was hard to deal with physical so I can’t imagine the pain they are going through. But I hope they can.

You clearly don’t know what it’s like to have an insatiable hunger. As someone who lives an active and healthy lifestyle I feel like I’m starving all of the time. I can eat an entire cantaloupe or 6 bananas in one sitting and be hungry 2 hours later
