How to Share Multiple Windows at Once in Zoom

This was very helpful. I'm wondering two things. First, what if your using presenter view? I'm trying to figure out if you can share the presentation window and lets say a document so that participants see them on the same screen. Second, do you happen to know if any of this works with a mac? I will try to play around with it, but thought I'd ask in case you know.

awesome video! i wonder how would the multiple screen share work with a program like think or swim. i have my main screen that i share but when i perform an action like buy or sell a share of stock, a second dialogue window is created. so would i then have to go into the menu for zoom and allow share or is there a way i can share everything from the think or swim program?

I'd like a student to write in a Word document while it is one of two screens I'm sharing, the other being an ebook. Thiis is open in an app which is not editable. I'd like the student to simultaneously be able to see the ebook and write answers alongside the ebook page in the Word document. Is this possible while sharing the two screens, or do I have to share and open the Word document in Google Docs?

Hi - unfortunately it's been a couple years since I made all these tutorials and I'm not sure how much Zoom has changed. My best advice is, if possible, to test the setup you want before you actually try it with a student so you can see if it works. This may require using multiple devices yourself or getting some family/friends to join your meeting etc.

Is there a way to share two different screens and run both at the same time. We are having a program and have live performers but also have recorded portions along with an auction and would like to share both at the same time so participants can see the live DJ along with the silent auction items or performance and slides Thank you

Hi Rhonda - you should be able to just follow the procedure in this video. Just put the two windows you want to share on two different screens and then share both simultaneously by holding down CTRL to select multiple windows when sharing.

Can I screen share my desktop and click on mp3 icon. When the music starts can I screen share another video music icon on my desktop so that people can see only the video on the screen (muted the music) but hear only the mp3 music? 2 files running and no need to split screen. Please.

I believe that should work but make sure you check the "share computer audio" box when you share your screen.

Interesting - I haven't heard of that one before. Unfortunately I don't think this will work. I just tried and it won't let you ctrl+click to select both Screen 1 and Screen 2 like it does with individual windows. I tried selecting two different programs that I had full-screen (one on each monitor), and got a pop up that said "some windows may not be shared until they are moved to this screen." So it doesn't look like you can share content from both monitors at once.

Hi, I used the shift key as if it was the control key. It worked on Mac Mini M1.
