@@abcloft302 Going great, thanks. There's one cell lagging but the BMS is compensating for it. Highly recommend doing the upgrade, it's like a whole new car now.

Great job! I am also doing a 62kWh battery swap into my 2013 Leaf and was wondering if you had any leads on where to buy the rear springs from a Leaf Plus?
