60g sugar           
20g white bean paste       
5g egg white           
potato starch(for dusting)
*filling
200g white bean paste (25g each *8pcs)
1/8tsp agar agar powder (粉寒天)
15g water    
10g granulated sugar
20g white bean paste 
red coloring
