Training link has another niche use. You can use the training link to cap a pokemon at a level where, when horde farming, only high IV pokemon will survive. Mmy mantine was capped in hoenn after 8th badge and whenever I'd farm, any surviving tentacruel had excellent Hp or Sp.Def. More encounters, less balls used. I'm sure the real math nerds could make better use of this information than I can, but the potential is there.

Bro if I have to breed a fully competitive 5x31 mon, is it significantly lese than buying one? I mean for example scizor sells at around 800k 5x31 If I have to make a scizor like that almost how much do I have to spend??

Usually around the same if you breed the nature on it. If you randomly roll the nature along the way breeding can be way cheaper
