You can trick the game by showing it's back sprite outside of battle too! Steps (I used the USA version): Have 2 Pokemon on the team, 3rd slot must have the egg, Turn around the first two pokemon, put first slot Pokemon in pc, check your only pokemon in your team (it still should be turned around), press down and bam! Egg turned around! The egg will stay like this until you do the reverse of these steps!

I imagine after creating a list of all "pokemon" (things that can exist in your party) the programmers probably just sent that list to the animators to create said animations without giving it a once through. That, or it could be based on the menu screen when checking a Pokemon's status, though I'm not really experienced on Gen 5 at all lmao

The subject of the Gauntlet could be Munchlax (because it and Snorlax are known to eat a lot) or a Rattata named Remy (because the wide variety of fancy-sounding dishes made me think of Ratatouille)

Watching this video reminded me how much I love this game. It was my first pokemon game, its the game that made me fall in love with the series. The game was hard as a 5 year old, but the music and pokemon brought me in. The show for black and white also brought me in with how they gave the pokemon even more emotion.

I completely forgot about this glitch after seeing it lol. Nice use of it. As a dude who also had to deal with playing the game's first hour a stupid amount of times due to friend codes in BW2 for the medal (until I realized you could use wifi settings to reset the friend code), I'll gladly accept someone skipping the torture of getting the C-Gear constantly.
