Still remember Jay at the 08 “meet the Olympian’s” handing out free t-shirts at 11.00 at night thanking us the fans for coming to support him! No, thank you Jay for being a stand up guy.

Everyone is talking Master Olympia. Jay's the smart one putting on a little bit of size so that everyone will talk about him getting into the Masters. However Jay's too smart to ever get back onstage. Levrone did it and wasn't smart

@@BENCHIPED probably right however his itch to complete and the prize money being raised significantly for masters may just lure him out. One can hope at least, would like to see it personally. Of all the old heads he has kept up the best arguably health wise. Don't think it would be any riskier for him than his current protocol, whatever he is taking already.

Twice a day programs will only work if you have complete mind /muscle control. Twice a days you need zero wasted sets. Beginners and advanced amateurs should never go near twice a days. Once you learn pleat my muscle connection with everybody part, hell you could do three times a day. It literally would only take one to two sets when you have that kind of mind muscle connection to break down a muscle. Because if you don't you just spinning your wheels and doing cardio. Which to be honest when it comes to Cutler he was doing a lot of cardio in the gym when it comes to lifting weights. Cutler became one of the best ever not because of how hard he worked out but because of 1. Consistently like no other. 2. Genetics 3. Would do whatever it takes drug-wise compared to the average dude 4. Force feed everyday as if it was normal. 5. Had a woman that would support him while he did 1,2,3 and 4. Here's the honest truth. If Jay Cutler didn't have number 5 to take care of him along the way, He never would have got out of the amateur ranks and if he did, the pro career wouldn't have lasted too long. He had an early on support system that basically took care of all his needs to create the guy he is today. Jay Cutler never wins the Olympia without the girl who allowed him to do nothing but bodybuild early on. That's a fact Jack. If Cutler is worth ten million or 50 million, you should write a check to his ex for 75% of what he's worth today with the simple words of thank you. Why? Because what she did for him early on is the only reason he can make a fortune going forward. If Cutler gave all his money and homes away today, he could build it all up again as if he never gave it away. That's only because of what that woman did for this guy. No joke.

I always thought ramy was over rated, never liked his look for mr O, ramy , bonac, Brandon curry, they all didn’t give me and still don’t give me a wow factor, it doesn’t matter if they get to 290-330 on prep or on stage , they don’t look great, I liked rolley body more over those 3 I see maybe Nick having 2 Olympias, Derek a couple too, if anyone has the potential to win more I think it would be Andrew jacked especially if he gets trained by hany, for the pass few years the Olympia has been like hot potato 🥔, every year a new person wins, from Shawn, Brandon, ramy, hadi, I think In the next couple years we will have a back to back mr o winner , but nothing like 3x 4x 5x winner
