Derick, Thank you so much for getting that 1967 Rebel SST running again. I have saved three 1967's back in the 90's, one 1967 Rebel 550(nicked named Darth), a white 290 rebel SST and a 67' 343SST model. I left the AMC hobby for all the wrong reasons which I miss dearly. I hope to have another Rebel before my time is up. The reason I chose the Rebel was at the time was cost. They were not expensive to buy and the back seat for my daughter so we could take her to car shows. My 67' Rebel 550 was my trophy winner. I wish there was a way I could send pics of all the Rebels and the one 1967 Marlin I saved. It wasn't the memories you brought back but my passion for such a cool car to save. It was the challenge I loved.

The new series needs better editors. Lol In ep#5 the Belair clearly had exhaust manifolds. But when showing cutting out exhaust on said Belair it was a unibody instead of full frame and had headers. Clearly that was the underneath of the Camaro. Still fun to watch.

I'm also a mechanic. If you ever wonder why a new battery not working properly, slam it around a little more see if it helps.. a peice of a led plate can break off inside batteries. Causing failures

Was super disappointed to see Derek fill rust holes with spray foam on Episode 2, the Chevy Deluxe is a good car and could have easily had some patch repair done. I’m all for showing people how to fix cars up on a budget but Motortrend and Derek should NOT be showing people the wrong way. I’m not sure whose idea it was but either way it’s sad to see.

I understand that motortrend is a nice "brand" to wear, but it seems to be where decent shows go to die.. Please Derrick, for the love of God and the people, please stick with KZbin..
