I really wanna thank you for the value you offer in your videos. I published my first "test" mandala book and promoted it on my FB after receiving it because it looks soooo cool! I got 2 sells in 1h! I am learning and testing with other books and notebooks and I have SO MUCH FUN! After trying a coaching business which felt like work but i was looking for a fun/paid hobby (i am very serious in my hobbies hahaah), I am sooooo happy! What types of book. If they are what KDP calls low content and you haven't purchased an ISBN then that feature will not appear.

I get the video transcribed at rev.com which I upload to KZbin. Then in the KZbin dashboard I pick the languages that the transcription should be tranlated into. I think that may be a normal function of KZbin or because I have the Tubebuddy app installed.

Regarding publishing coloring books, I have a question. In your opinion, is it a good idea to print only on one side of the page and leave the back of the page blank, so that somebody can cut out the page to put it somewhere on the wall or the fridge. And maybe you can give me a hint if KDP would offer printing with perforated pages so that it would be easy to get the page out of the book, or maybe print it in some style of notepad instead of having it like a paperback book.

Yes, that is exactly how I would do it. No, KDP doesn't offer the option of perforated pages or notepad design.

Not unless you consider the content as adult content. I'm not sure if little knives would constitute adult content. I wouldn't have thought so. I've always considered what they mean by adult content to be the sort of content one would find on the top shelf of magazine shops!

In the video, the search term "horror coloring book" shows results for 4000 titles. If you search it now, it shows 30k titles. In 10 months, 26k titles added to this genre, OMG!

😊 Some of my book's prices are not the same as in my listing. Is this normal? Should I increase the price in my listing to match? I looked and it said they have the right to change the price but they only pay royalties on my list price. Has this happened to anyone else?

Sometimes Amazon will sell them at a differnt price, maybe at a special offer. But, as you point out, you still get the same royalties as if it was at the price you published. I personally don't change the prices.

They are a great way to get started but it's a very competitive market unless you have a social media marketing plan.

My advice is to look at the prices on the first page of the Amazon searches and use that as a guide. Most will be somehwere between 6.99 to 7.99. If you're getting good sales I would avoid messing about with the price. You could find you suddenly drop in the rankings if you don't get clicks on your books or sales, and have a harder time coming back.
