We take our vintage 670cc drag rail to a dynamometer, or "dyno" to see how much power and torque it makes at the wheels. A chassis dyno is used to measure power, torque, or force, and it differs from an engine dyno in that is measures the power and torque output at the wheels, after drivetrain loss, which in our case is the 780 torque converter, a jackshaft, and three chains.
We then put our 140cc 4 speed mini ATV on the dyno, and did a simulated 1/8th mile run. It was slow, but it was a ton of fun!
Thanks for Watching!
