Holy $hit. For anyone that doesn't ride a bike - any kind of braking whilst leaning over is very very very tricky. It's difficult even with 'cornering ABS' - this bike doesn't have ABS of any sort. The bike either wants to sit up or wash out the front and basically fall over on its side, sliding right into the barrier. Corner exit is a millimetre of difference on twisting the throttle between good acceleration and a highside (oversteer into the bike flipping over). For anyone that rides ..say no more. Jaw dropping!!
@jean-marcducommun81852 жыл бұрын
CONGRATULATION - This is probably the best motorcycle lap on the Ring I've ever seen. To me it looked like conditions were not perfect in terms of temperature and light but the driver used every centimeter of the track and reached cornering angles that only professionals manage. Some drivers he passed must have felt in the wrong movie. Shockingly good! My best wishes.

Still and animal, still just as exciting as it was in 2005 even though the ‘faster’ bikes I have aren’t fast where it matters… Really enjoyed the video-The bikes benefit from a 3mm spacer under the shock to raise the ride height and the forks dropped in the triples. If you want to dabble in electronics, I have a Bazzaz traction control setup but they are hard to find now and the Gripone IMU based units appear to be worlds better. Be safe(ish)!

I knowwe can't compare real life with video games, but bear with me on this one: over 120km/h around the Aremberg, over 200km/h around the Flughplatz, and actually had to hold back through the Bergwerk. That's faster than I can manage in Gran Turismo 6 with any road car on racing soft tyres. You're an utter MONSTER!

Alter Schwede! Hab schon viel gesehen, aber Du hast Eier aus Karbon. Und das Moped explodiert fast vor lauter Leistung. Echt gut gefahren.

It feels as he is effortlessly letting the bike do its thing. Like he's just releasing it, beautiful style.

Beeindruckend, hab die ganzes Zeit gebetet, dass kein Unfall passiert... Der "Auslauf" ist ja durch Zäune und Leitplanken nicht sehr weitläufig

Very good Martin. Top attitude and planning around slower users, calm overtakes, great throttle control. It all looks under control. Dont let anyone dissuade you of flashing the high beam to alert others, they've probably no experience of riding that fast. Any problems with suspension set up? Andy.

Hi Andy, thanks for your feedback ! I ride the stock suspensions and I‘m really happy with that. Seems to work very well for me. -Paul

Sorry Paul, got names and faces mixed up. If its stock... please make sure seals are fresh; foxhole and just after grosser sprunghugel can see nearly 2g compressive. Cant see any signs of set up problems, but a bigger risk for the small number of guys going very fast is the difficulty of finding good set up information, which has caused several big bumps over time for the under 7.45 ish riders. You are welcome to find my number, ask around in the car park. A

@@2639263926392639 no problem. Yeah seals and oil are fresh. Did both sides last year. Yeah everything feels good. Maybe a nice and perfect adjusted suspension would feel even better but since today the stock feels good for me. Thanks man really appreciate it.
