Hello, I love your channel! I’m an Iranian grandma who lived in India for over 45 years. After my husband passed away and all my children grew up, I returned to Iran and now live in Shiraz. My daughter helped me open a KZbin channel this week. My children try to keep me away from all-you-can-eat buffets because I have diabetes and can’t resist trying every sweet dish. I told them I’d die sweetly if I keep indulging-haha! Thanks for sharing the beautiful sight . Best regards, Shanaz Shirazi Mummy

My husband and I have learned so much about food and different cultures and you’ve eaten food we never will, but we definitely feel more educated and we appreciate what you are doing and we’re upset to hear about the censoring of your videos on KZbin. Shame on them for trying to stop you from showing people how others in the world eat. You give people opportunities to learn and even try things they maybe never would. Just because it’s different doesn’t mean it’s wrong & you are always tasteful and respectful of what you show. Keep on doing what you do. ❤️

At least for me it's not so much that I am squeamish it's I have a weird stomach lol. I once tried some sautéd mealworms that my neighbor made (I forgot what country they immigrated from) and it haunted me for 24 hours. The same happened when I tried a tiny squid ball dish (I forgot the name but it was a tiny ball that might have been fried and inside was a tinyish part of a squid). But don't get me wrong both of these tasted incredible.

Fisherman call that "fin" piece the wings. Its the soft flesh between those fins that is the prize and when cooked right the fins are like a delicious crunchy finish. This is the second best tasting part of a fish behind the cheeks-small yet most flavorful bit that usually gets savored by those preparing these meals. Nice Buffet.

people don't understand what they are missing when they pass on the tongues and cheeks of a fish. Here in Newfoundland, Canada it is one of the most sought-after pieces of the fish. Also, the heart of most animals is SO yummy. Moose, caribou, chicken, seal, pork, beef heart are all amazing to eat.
