It is time to make another Best Build Video since the last one I made is quite outdated, so here is the new and improved version. I probably could have included more builds but I ended up with 7 as I think it's a good amount, it was actually supposed to be just 5 but thanks to the epic guests I got a bit more in the end. As I said in the video, I am currently moving out and also doing a bunch of other IRL stuff, which means im having some troubles finding time to make content in general. So I probably won't be uploading any time soon, I mean heck even this video was supposed to come out weeks earlier but that never happened, but hey better late than never yes? for the mark 10 build, give them auto fire locks and stealth laser modules. This gives the gun free damage and 4 stability for no downside

As much as I love the game and I appreciate that the devs still add new content, it does get a little annoying that all guides get outdated every two weeks because of balance changes.

I can understand where this is coming from, but I do like some changes overtime as otherwise the game ends up being too boring since nothing ever changes, but what overkill does with the game isn't necessarily something I enjoy but at the same time I cannot care anymore considering PD2 is hopefully getting to an end and we will (hopefully) get PD3 sometime soon.

If anyone is reading this, the Humble Bundle sells the Payday 2: Legacy Edition with the Scarface DLCs which isn't available anymore on Steam, i bought that edition after the disastrously launch of PD3 and got it, looks like they have a very large amount of those editions stocked up, so it's worth a try if you want the Scarface DLC.

Thanks man, these builds really helped ease me into loud DS heists, its no longer an insurmountable challenge like I used to believe it was when I got into this game. Although sometimes I get kicked from lobbies using these builds because I don't have Inspire or bring med kits. Like I'm obligated to bring stuff to help the host when he gets downed, lol.

For the krinkov use what is used for the 1rst build, works fine. For the sniper, the one used in the video is the platypus 70. Modding it is pretty straight forward. I have like so : beak suppressor, boost stability (whatever boost is fine) led combo, riktpunkt 45, speculator sight. This is the modding based on what i could saw on the vid.

for the kingpin shotgun build you can still obtain kingpin you just need copycat the 17th options for copycat allows you to obtain the injector however because it is copycat it is not it's original and is either more busted or way way worse (I do not own kingpin and this might help others)

for the hacker build are the 2 Uzis picked for any particular reason or just any high dps dual smgs pretty much?

Any smgs work honestly but high dmg tier like CR805 sometimes puts me into some ammo issues unless I have ammo bags, so thats why I picked mark 10 which allows me to spam faks which I think is better.

Ok, i dunno ehy but when im using dodge, my brain shuts off. I dont know why but i just go unto speed autopilot and i almost cant even use leech or anything else because of it. And since the hacker build is so aggressive, i just love it more. Its almost too powerful in my hands

All my builds use 120 Skill Points Max, you probably aren't Infamy so you can't fully replicate the build. Make sure you get at least Infamy 1 and you should be good.

for the mark 10 build, if you want better accuracy on your guns get rid of resilience aced and hardware expert basic. Use those points to ace optical illusions. Then give each gun bigger better suppressors.

Yea basically, just make sure you get the highest accuracy and stability possible as I think those 2 stats are the most important, however creepy might have intended for something else but it's fine eitherway.

For triple mark10 hacker I don't think Sneaky bastard is needed. Too big of an investment for 10 dodge, on a build that gets 55 dodge without it. Instead I'd suggest switching those points from sneaky and dire need basic and shockproof aced to run converts. Optical illusions could go aced too if you drop resiliance aced and hardware expert basic. And that way you have better guns

Hi, you said that Build 3 can be adjusted for a Hacker Build, can you give in depth information about the skills and weapons for this modification?

Any build can be modified to whatever you want them to be, I just said it specifically on build 3 but it applies for all of them. But anyway, assuming we use the same exact weapons as with build 3 the skills would probably look something like this: pd2builder.netlify.app/?s=5g380-48h10-6V006F5g000100&p=k&a=0&t=d&d=5 You would need to mod the weapons to give it proper concealment down to total 23 to get use out of Sneaky Bastard and Low Blow Ace, it is easily doable, you could also switch out your primary weapon to something else. I am sure this setup as I just posted it here is good enough but probably can be tweaked a bit but that would require play testing.

What I don't understand is, how come when I try to replicate these builds, I never have enough skill points to copy it one-to-one? Do you get more skill points when you go infamous? This is my first time really digging into character builds for this game, I have decent experience but I haven't played enough to break infamy yet. 😅

Yea you need to reach infamy 1, that reduces the amount of skillpoints needed for tier 4 skills

First, you have to complete no mercy while doing the stealth portion. Then kill enemies with poison to unlock viper grenades. Then kill enemies with viper grenades, and then you will get tombstone slugs
