Great work out sir, I follow you for many things for the fitness. I have a request to make, Please ask the camera person to shoot the legs and body posture while performing the exercise, I have noticed that the body posture and legs position is as much as imp as an exercise form. while you explaining the details of performing the workout, I have felt that the camera person has not covered the position part. In overhead press, I noticed that you had your upper back touched to the bench and there was a gap between the bench and lower back. I would like to point out these situations when you put 100 percent to teach us and just because of some technical mistakes We do not get the actual form and position of the exercise. Thank you for hearing out. Good day.

unfortunately sports like running or biking or any physical sports like foot ball cricket etc,if u r straining ur enerygy while playing games its really hard to maintain muscle, u have to find balance in between them if u really wanna maintain muscles while doing sports activities,good luck
