I have two favorite products that I think I can see and feel a difference using. They're both pretty affordable too! One is the Beauty of Joseon retinal eye serum. I use one pump, but it's kind of a lot for just the under eyes so I dot the excess on my smile lines and forehead. The other is the Good Molecules overnight exfoliating serum. It's my favorite way to exfoliate because I don't have to rinse it off. I just put it on and go to sleep and wake up with soft exfoliated skin!

I have been using the Cerave smoothing SA cleanser and cream, their spf 30 face cream for normal to dry skin and their eye cream and I love these products! If you want a detailed review: the SA products gave me more acne at first (yes, sounds scary) but I researched and I learned that it was because they were deep cleansing my face and that effect was normal for the first weeks. Now, about a month later, I can say that my face has improved a lot, it is a lot smoother and with barely any acne bumps when I used to have a lot of of them. The spf cream is light and nice and the eye cream works just fine to moisturize. What I love abt this brand is that the SA products come in big amounts (cleanser abt 500 ml and cream abt 200 ml) and they don't add unhealthy and unnecesary stuff like fragances and perfumes. Hope this helps! Love ur channel Isabella

Such a great Video! This would be great to see annually! I really swear by the La Roche Posay Lipikar cleanser, which is very gentle, whereas others tend to dry out my skin. And then Cerave lotion is another holy grail product I use every day.

Here's the priceless secret to asian (south indian) 9 in 2 skin care routine. We use coconut oil (organic one that's made by us only from scratch) on hair, face body. Using it before the bath is the key! I'm from city and I never used such things, but I bet, coconut oil is a blessing. Try coconut oil or any other oil that can be applied on face at night. (keep in mind, organic ones will show good) results) and tumeric is the best facepack. Hate the yellow stain but I apply when I don't want to go anywhere. Applying natural organic things is the key with no side effects.
@IsabellaDemarko5 ай бұрын
thank you for sharing! maybe coconut oil works best for asian skin types, as i have heard from many Caucasian people that coconut oil has made them break out or its been too heavy for their skin. i try to stick to lighter oils when it comes to my face, but im glad it works for you! :)

I love your videos :) my bathroom counter is covered in skincare products, haha. I use hypochlorous acid as a toner and it is my favorite. Sometimes I use the "I'm From' Mugwort Essence as well. I love some really natural products such as tallow balms as night creams. Sometimes I'll actually use straight lanolin, a high quality one without the strong lanolin scent, as an overnight treatment and my skin really likes it. Just a tip, wearing sunglasses actually isn't great for your health in many ways. We produce a lot of beneficial things with sun exposure and the signal through the retina is crucial. If you want to look into the impact of light, Sara Pugh and Max Gulhane have some interesting videos. Also it's good to put blue light filters on all your devices.

I used to use the simple light cream years ago and felt the same! I'd usually need to mix in face oil for it to be nourishing enough until I no longer used it (granted, i realised i had dry skin), though i think i also felt my skin reacted better to products without dimethicone unless it's the last layer

The cheapest cleanser i swear by is Ponds Orange Nectar Jelly. My face never felt tight after washing and it did brighten my face. Skin1004 sunscreen(the blue one) is also my holy grail. I always hated sunscreen since most are greasy and i break out but the skin1004 has serum so it moisturize my face and very light weight.

I never thought about putting SPF on my palms, mainly because I wash my hands so often. But a question connected to this: have you ever had a situation, where you had SPF on your palms and you accidentally touched your eye and you ended up with pain in your eye, redness, tears etc? Happened to me recently while on the bike. Riding with only one eye opened - not that safe 😆 I'm wondering if that's a bad SPF or what? Special ones for face don't irritate my eyes.
@IsabellaDemarko5 ай бұрын
im confused by your comment, i definately don't put spf on my palms. but i obviously have to use my palms to rub it into my body. I do apply it to the back of my hands though and often wash my palms with a bit of soap and water to remove any oily residue if needed.

@@IsabellaDemarkoI'm referring to 22:48 when you said you have sunscreen in your car to put on your hands and other body parts while driving. I was just wondering if it's my crappy sunscreen that I can accidentally irritate my eyes when I put it on my hands or what. Anyway, I love your content, it relaxes me so much :3

@@Aliciae411 what does that matter?!? Nobody cares. Nobody actually cares about such trifles. Wait till you get an actual health scare where you have to lose your hair or eyebrows, your life is at stake. Suddenly you look at minor imperfections and signs of ageing as a privilege.
