Journalling seriously helped me so much. It's easier for me to organize my thoughts when I can actually visualize them on paper. Knowing why and where the anxiety is coming from is important. Thank you for all the tips!

Whatever exercise you choose, do it early in the morning after a healthy breakfast. It will set the tone for the day and you will feel amazing 💪🏼❤️

Journaling with intention and trying to figure out why I am the way I am is a major goal of mine this year and that’s thanks to your videos! ☺️ it’s so easy to avoid looking deeper within but that just leads to habitual patterns and bad habits. Thanks for pushing us to be better ☺️💜

Thank you, this was a great reset and reminder at the perfect time. Also, visualization of peace to me is solitude, blue spring sky, a field with small flowers, calm wind and sound of flowing water. Just disconnecting from the past and future factors that stress me out, and connecting with the very present moment with what I want to be feeling instead.

Braindumbp is my favotite exercise and I've been doing it for years! Often when they get frustrated, agitated, worried, I dump it all onto the paper and feel sooo much better! Great tips, thank you!!

What peace looks like for me: having a clean space (my home), and being outside in nature while riding a bike, walking, or playing tennis :)

Hi Lavi, I loved this whole process and did it with you. I did not knew that i was so bottled up. I was having the most unproductive month just putting off important things. This process did gave me a clarity and the best part is that you give insight on how can we use a certain prompt rather than just writing.

Eileen, you have helped me so much. I have never watched a KZbinr that has inspired me like you have. I have been dealing with a lot of anxiety and depression at this stage in my life and just watching your videos can literally put me at so much peace and you just inspire me so much to go with my intuition in life. What does peace look like to me : snow melting, beginning of spring, fresh air, sun rays on my face, top of a mountain, birds signing and flying, reading, fire pit, lie down on grass, beautifully shaped clouds, sharing these moments of peace with my loved ones… 😌🌤🌿🐤

Literally my did wrote my things which were stressing me out nowadays and i got to know all the things are in my control most probably only 4 to 5 things l can't control cus l know that I can't... thank you so much Aileen sis u let me know better me this is really helpful video i recommend everyone whoever is suffering from stress or depression...ahhh that social media oh my god have of the tension stress and insecurities came from here as l am young (teen) in lockdown time l got into my phone too much l got too much knowledge and maturity too but l got glasses and toxic overthinking too like how l look in public and all that useless stuff yes you are right it can improve us but also destroy us like i am addicted too it i can't live even one day without my phone

Love this. That jar exercise...what an interesting visual and idea! My idea of peace is listening to Tibetan singing bowls in my headphones, either as a morning meditation or evening (the sound helps calm my racing thoughts), and a nice hot beverage to go with it. Coffee in the morning or moon milk in the evening! xoxo

Hi, I’m 17 years old and from Japan. Actually just a few days ago, I found this KZbin channel but I really love your videos so much 😍 Unfortunately,there is just few ppl who share these things like self love in Japan, so I often watch KZbin videos which are created from American, or other countries but I’m kinda not good at catching English so I couldn’t understand what they said clearly. But your English is easy to understand for me so I’m really glad and love to watch your videos!! In my future, I wanna share these ways of thinking with more ppl :) Love you 🥰🥰

These are all so helpful! Thank you for sharing. I know for me I already do the brain dump in my journal quite often. I also find that being mindful is so helpful as well as social media detoxing. I have never thought about making a list of what is peaceful in our lives. For me immediately I always picture a particular river that I used to go to more often during the pandemic. This is reminding I want to go back so bad. I would sit there and watch the river flow and the birds fly over and the trees sway in the wind and the ducks swimming. It was very relaxing to watch and listen to the sound of the flow of the river.

Journaling without can be uncomfortable and ugly, for me it is. So i always journal such exercises in loose old papers, make positive summary about how i can improve in my journal and tear up the pages. I am kinda afraid what if someone sees that and judges me. Like i don't what someone to look into my mind like that. I tried braindump a lot in the past in my diary but now when i look back at that, sometimes it's rlly uncomfortable. That's why i switched to this method.
