I just finished reading your book "Be exceptional" and I have no words. This is the first book in my life that I read with great interest and I was not bored in any part. I am writing to you from Armenia in the hope that my message will receive a response and you will give 5 minutes of your precious time and I believe that you will give and write a life advice in response to my message (sorry in advance if there are mistakes in my message). In conclusion, I would like to say that you are my favorite author and that you were able to encourage me and I am sure many others to take a step towards a bright future through your book. Thank you once again and sorry for such a long message, as much as I tried I could not summarize my thoughts.

You are so very kind. I am so very pleased that you liked my book. I wrote it from the heart. I took me almost 12 years to complete, writing with Toni just a little bit at a time but I got to say what I felt was important from all of the life lessons I had learned. Thank you for taking the time to write. Best wished to you in Armenia

Thank you, Joe, for such a useful information. Now I'm studying at university and when my classmate were asked a question that she didn't know, I saw a lot of pacifying behaviors and one of them was fast lip pull.
