i feel like being your own critic is one of the best ways any person can improve, sure having someone else tell you your faults is great and can drive you to do better but once you hear it from your own mouth or brain you just have drive to prove you and others wrong. 💪

I have been watching your videos for quite a while now, and I gotta say thank you for providing us athletes with such high-quality content. Last year in July, I have competed in the largest event I have ever participated in my whole career. I have watched and learnt a lot through your videos, and the improvements in my mental strength has helped me finally win the competition and crowned as world champions. Thank you again for helping us with our psychological side of our careers. Keep it up with the high-quality vidoes!

It's perfectly fine to be selfish and to prioritize one's own needs and desires. One shouldn't compromise on their aspirations - that's a non-negotiable. Tiger Woods' issue isn't his selfishness, but rather his butthole behavior towards others. Similarly, Eliud Kipchoge's desire to live with his track team instead of his family is selfish. His family supports his goals, and he can take care of them better by pursuing his dreams. Selfishness is not an inherently negative trait, as shown by successful individuals like Serena Williams, Michael Jordan, and Kobe Bryant. When you prioritize your own needs, you can better support those around you, and you can inspire others.
