I wanted to say that I was prescribed the pill not for contraceptive reasons but for hormonal imbalances and ever since I started being conscious about my femininity (especially in relation to God ♡ ☦) I decided to stop taking it and I've never been happier!! my symptoms were related to a broken realationship with womanhood so much so that I had high testosterone, truly thank you for all your educational content, I loved "Eve in exile" and this habits are so helpful, God bless you ♡

Something that has been life changing in terms of my health is tracking my sugar intake. I’m not diabetic. Diabetes doesn’t run in my family but I do want to be healthier. Did you know, your daily sugar intake shouldn’t exceed 24 grams of sugar? When you actually look at the nutrition facts, you can see the sugar add up FAST. Bread, yogurt, your morning coffees, granola bars, etc. there is sugar in most things. So please watch your sugar intake. It’s insane how much sugar we are consuming

Oh my, I needed to hear the first point as someone who is really trying to gain muscle. I have also found that while I like intermittent fasting, it isn’t safe to do that the week before my period, because it rises cortisol levels and lowers progesterone which is a hormone regulator I tried fasting before my period, and I came in late, which is unusual for me. Hi Evie! I'm a fellow teen - a Catholic one at that 💕 As one who has walked - and still walks - on the same path as you, as a sister in Our Lord, perhaps a little of the good advice I have received may be of some use to you as well! "For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you" (1 Corinthians 11:23). I think your hunger to find the fullness of the Faith and the Church that Our Lord established is so beautiful! Since the love of the Blessed Virgin is a massive facet of both Catholicism and Orthodoxy, would you be ever so kind as to consider saying a daily 'Hail Mary' with the intention of being guided to the Church that Our Lord founded? His Mother will take you by the hand and lead you to her Son in the Church He established! ❤❤ May Saint Eve pray for you, your most loving Mother guide you, and Our Lord Jesus Christ bless you! You are in my Rosary ☺

There are a few things I have to mention Ashwagandha shouldn’t be used light heartedly as it has a direct effect on the thyroid which has an effect on the whole hormonal system Should always be checked with an informed health care professional, especially if there’s a history of thyroid diseases in one’s family. And oats aren’t unhealthy for breakfast, just don’t put sugar or sweeteners on them. They contain protein and a lot of b Vitamins and are beneficial for gut health.

I don’t necessarily agree about the breakfast portion. I do think sugar plays a role but I think the sugar spikes can be slowed by complex carbohydrates such as whole wheat bread/oatmeal. Plus fiber slows down the sugar in the blood if the fruit is eaten whole. If the fruit is turned into juice then it strips the fiber and goes straight to the liver and causes issues in the future. I do agree with seed oil! Seed oil is in everything! It’s a byproduct. People don’t know much about this

You are truly a high class woman because you are embracing your divine femininity. A man can only be high value if he embraces his divine masculinity. My advice to both men and women is to embrace your divine energies. If you are a man, love being a man and stay true to your nature and lead the way forward. And if you are a woman, love being a woman and express your feminine qualities. IF YOU WANT CONFIDENCE, ADMIRATION, LOVE AND RESPECT THEN EMBRACE YOUR DIVINITY.

I have a hardcore smoothie though: Greek yogurt, raw egg, milk (cow's or almond), unsweetened collagen powder, unsweetened protein powder, chia or flaxseed, walnuts or peanut butter, spinach, raspberry stevia drops, and frozen berries. I sprinkle baked granola on top (steel cut oats, quinoa, mixed nuts, mixed dried fruit, mixed seeds, honey, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and cinnamon). It has more sugar than an egg scramble, but the amount of fiber and nutrients is higher - the protein amount is also huge.

I love essential oils for perfume. Just don't put it on your skin!!! You can burn yourself if EO is exposed to the sun! You can brush it through your hair or rub it on clothes.

I'm going to comment here because it's a recent video, although it has nothing to do with the subject, basically I'm a teenager who has a nagging doubt in her chest, I'm an introverted person, but I act in a very extroverted way with people I know , I speak louder, I laugh louder, I like to joke and make jokes without thinking too much before saying something, it's very spontaneous, but I'm not taken very seriously, it bothers me a lot, sometimes I think I look or even act like a doormat, I've read verses about how we should think before speaking and wise is the one who keeps silent, so I thought about changing my behaviors and being someone more reserved and of few words, I even think that this would lead people to take me more seriously, but I feel uncomfortable when I think about changing "my way of being", I already thought that it could be because of the flesh that would be bothered by good changes for the spirit, but I don't know what to think, I feel that if I change these specific behaviors I will stop being feminine, sweet, gentle, I will appear colder and more distant, I can't find a middle ground, anyone who can give me any advice please do so.

I was very extroverted growing up. I know exactly what you mean. My best advice is to be extroverted with those you feel safe with and work on being more discreet with those you don’t know well. Don’t give too much opinions or joke around too much with those who don’t know you. This is for many reasons, people will use the information you give them against you. Even if it’s family, listen to your body and who you feel safe with. Just because you have known someone your whole life doesent mean they are someone who is safe. Get to know yourself on a deep level and build confidence. Learn to have a strong belief system and a belief in yourself. This might mean going to therapy. If someone tries to embarrass you or question you, you will have the fortitude to stand up for yourself with conviction and grace. Let me know if you have any questions. It’s rough out there. 💜 your extroverted feminine sister

Love your channel! I also recently had a baby and my husband has been harking on me ever since we met about the horrors of seed oils and whatnot... It does seem like the world is out to get you sometimes, lol. I was wondering if Theodora is your patron saint? Mines Theodora of Alexandria.
