1. Breath 🍃 2. Practice compassion💗 3. Break out your journal 💌 4. Create your happy place, do face masks, love yourself 🙆‍♀️ 5. Sweat it out, work out, go outside for a good run 💪 6. Vent to a friend 👫✨ 7. Question your angst 🌼 I personally meditate, drink tea, do face masks, get a good sleep, and talk to a friend Love you Carrie, hope it helps all of you 💗

Working out really has been my recent therapy for stress and anger (either with myself or with disputes going on in my life at that time in my life). But, it's easy to feel extra down and not want to take the effort to go to the gym. I'd also say lighting and aromatherapy are two manageable things you can do to remedy any incoming freak-outs; it won't solve the issue, but having the little things to calm you down DOES make the situation seem less long-term. And journaling! Always.

I needed this so badly wow; I've been having some bad anxiety lately, and I've been having trouble dealing with it. I was actually feeling my worst earlier, but I saw the notification for this video and instantly felt comforted so thank you!

This video came just at the right time! Actually had an overwhelming freak out moment last night. It helps me to speak to my mumma and my partner (he works away) about things and to sit and watch a good funny movie or show to take my mind off things and have a good laugh. 😄 Also, so happy I came across your channel! You're amazing and I love what you do and how you help people. Thanks for being so wonderful and kind! There needs to be more people in the world like you. 💕 x

I’m so happy I discovered your channel at the beginning of summer! I found it right around when I started going to therapy for my anxiety and your videos combined with the therapy helped me to calm down and chill! This past week was my first week back to school, and I’ll admit that I’ve cried a bit and had some pretty bad anxious moments (almost as bad as a panic attack one night) but when I watch your videos and take deep breaths and sit in my room colouring with my kitty and parents, the world starts to feel a little easier. ❤️❤️ for anyone reading this, you can get through whatever you’re struggling with right now!! And also, who are some other KZbinrs like Carrie who talk about things like mindfulness and self care? The only other one I know of is Rowena Tsai! ❤️

I find peace in water--this doesn't mean that I jump in the nearest lake any time I'm stressed! Rather, I wash my face, drink a glass of water, take a cold shower, or anything revolving water I know will start to calm me down. Identifying that has been such a relief on my mental health!

Another fantastic video Carrie, thank you so much for your content. It is always inspirational and well timed. Do you use crystals? If so, I would really appreciate a video about how you use them if that's something you would do? I am using yoga and meditation to be mindful of myself, and have been introduced to crystal healing, and I thought you would be the perfect person to ask about it! xxxxxx

I tend to realize this world is so short and does this problem really matter?? I know it sounds cheesy but visualize the world as a seed. Like the problem is TINY and that helps!

Should someone experience compassion when a lunatic pulls a gun on you(in the car next to you) for no reason because they thought you said something to them (while driving)?? This happened to my baby brother in downtown Atlanta driving for Uber dropping some girls off at the Beyoncé Concert. My brother quickly reversed behind the dude and called 911 giving tag details. You can't ALWAYS just show compassion, sometimes you have to react quickly when there is danger.
