I have been consuming these dry fruits since past 2 yrs. I also include 1 date, few soaked groundnuts, a small quantity of sprouts and 1 fresh fruit for breakfast. I'm energetic with no health issues even at the age of 56. Everyone says I look like 35 yrs. I exercise regularly for 2 hrs.

@@Rainbowsalt7 i started with having my last meal before 8. Then i started waking up at 4:30 am for meditation and exercise ( online classes) before i left for office. I walked whenever i got chance 8-10 k steps, ate only home cooked food, nothing particular but normal roti dal sabzi curd rice .. just consciously started eating fruits every single day. i started taking soaked black raisins and kesar with water and soaked almonds+walnut+anjir after peeling. I left 2 things - milk and meat ( only because it felt better). I was eating out once a week. The thing that helped me the most was sleep regulation. I went to bed at 9 every day. I learned and practiced this with Satvic Movement’s 5 am Challenge, my online trainer helped me with physical training. It took time and i was not constant. But i just kept pushing and it started paying off. I lost 12 kgs in 1 year. There were small moments of success that kept motivating me. I have not taken a single medicine for pcod in 3 years.

In South India, there is a sweet named Uluthankali prepared for girls. The ingredients are black urad dal, palm jaggery and wood pressed gingely oil. Either soak black urad dal in water for a few hours and grind or make a dry powder. Now stir after adding palm jaggery and keep adding oil as you stir. Add Elachi. It is delicious as well as immensely nourishing. Also try having a variety of fruits including citrous ones anytime. First thing in the morning should be a plenty of water. Wait for appetite and then take honey.

I boil it for 2 minutes so almond is peeled easily.. Am 74 takes since 5 yrs .Also i drink one glass milk with one small spoon of ginger powder and haldi at night . Am at Bhavnagar where in summer it 45 and in winter its 22. Also one should do 30 minutes exercise minimum.

A lot of pesticides are sprayed on grapes. When Grapes are dried and become raisins what about the pesticide residue on them? Do they dissolve in the water when soaked and if yes should the water be consumed? Secondly most pesticides are not water soluble, so then how are these raisins safe for consumption even after being soaked?

I've been taking 8 almonds, 4 walnuts, 2 figs, 8 kashew, 2 dried dates, 2 dates, 10 pistachios with 100ml milk and a banana by blending all and taking in the morning as a breakfast. Is it OK for the above diet?

My mother has thyroid and has low haemoglobin levels along with body pain, dizziness throughout the day. She also has digestive problems like bloating. Can she follow the routine you suggested?
