As a high school senior trying to be more involved and informed with our country's current political environment and government. I thought Biden's speech was pretty strong. I know very little about politics but if I were take his word about everything he said I would agree with about 80% of it and support him. It was a powerful speech. Didn't see any signs of dementia as some conservatives have suggested. Trumps speeches are more confusing. Biden came out swinging and I applaud him. We repeatedly get lectures about "saving democracy" and wonder how it is that so many do not APPEAR to know the US is NOT a democracy but a Constitutional Republic and representative democracy for good reasons - or used to be. We wonder at the MSM which supports and encourages the lies at the highest level . Julian Assange is a name they do not call upon. "Climate Change" and "Pfizer" are their Gods and through such things they bleed the people dry. When our founding fathers completed the Constitution and emerged from their hard - but unified - work it is claimed they were asked by the people what form of government they would have and the reply was: " a Republic - if you can keep it." But then that was long ago. It was a different time. It was a time when the founding fathers worked together and with counterparts abroad. It was a time when our leaders did SERVE and were actually happy when they could pursue other interests and live their American dream and let others pursue theirs. Through such freedom Edison helped light up the world. Bejamin Franklin and Tesla explored science and people helped their neighbors and freed the slaves. Brothers in a bicycle shop provided entertainment as they repeatedly crash landed in a field but never gave up and gave the world an unbelievable dream - flight. Yet now we use that dream to drop bombs on other people. And at home our aeroplanes are so neglectfully put together the WHEELS even fall off. Not even the bolts on the doors are secure.
