I wrote “effort is attractive” on a post it note and put it on my mirror. Everyday I read it and really started to believe it. A man I had been friends with for years, but I’ve always had a crush on, started pursuing me more and more. Now we’re in a relationship and he’s always consistent, thoughtful, curious about me, and wanting to show up for me everyday. My first official relationship, at 27 🤗 I really do think this mindset helped me. I learned it from one of your previous videos, Helena. Thanks so much xx

I went on the best first date EVER the other day that turned into 6 hours because we connected so well :) while we were in the arboretum walking the path that has a yellow line down it for 2 way foot and bike traffic I was walking along the line for a bit and me and this guy were walking really close because we wanted to be near each other :) good vibes :) BUT I noticed after a few minutes I had moved like 3 feet all the way to the side of the line towards him!! Like trying to walk close, even though we BOTH kept close to each other made me walk several feet to the side where he followed. So I casually directed myself back to the line LOL, and his energy got close close close until I was on the line or even getting moved back to “my side” even more since I gave some space for his energy to do that. My mind was blown. I had the most perfect example going on during that date to LET HIS ENERGY COME TO ME, and he’s very masculine and always comes to me when I back off and LET HIM! Sorry this is long, I just thought this was so long winded! Blessings to you, Tom and your baby Leo :)

I'm guilty of the opposite of number 5. It's a very codependent habit, I tend to expect a good morning text from him and I get really bummed when I don't get it, like it sets off the whole vibe for the day. Well, why should a potentially great day be ruined by a man's inability to text me good morning? There are so many wonderful things out in the world I should be experiencing, instead of waiting around for a text that may never come. If it were as simple as telling myself to stop doing that, I would have already done it. There's a lot I would have already done if it were that simple. But I guess that's where "I've already done it" and "Things are always working out for me" come in. Would love to hear more about actionable ways to incorporate these mindsets into daily life. I've tried affirmations but to me they've always felt like trying to convince myself of something that isn't true. @Helene Hart, Yes please create more videos about nr 6. Ive already made it happen. Would love to know more about it. Also I have a different question though....Why does some guys tell you that they can't have a relationship right now, but their energy and actions towards you show differently. Then when you approach them in a feminine way to ask and be certain for yourself if they want to be in a relationship, then they say no. But then they go into another relationship with a different girl...I just want to know why they do this? show up in a relationship with another girl.?
