For me number 5 works like wonder, I just use my energy back for myself : when I started to even think about him, I focus back my energy to myself by doing simple things such as : painting my nail, making smoothies, cleaning my room, having girl chat with my friends, oiling my hair, yoga for 30 mins everyday, and many things more. All I can think about now is using my time for me and 24 hours seems like never enough. I work full time job 8 hours a day and sleep 7-8 hours too, why would I use the rest of my time for someone who doesn't even care?

I just realised i am part of your community since i got the code :) Make me smile because so many videos of Mathieu Coast that i 'v watched and he would recommand you and your community , and it 's like this morning i see , ah ! here i am lol My question today , is :"how do you calculate or evaluate consistancy?" Mathieu C. use to say that word too , and i need as much as possible exemples on this subject. Because sometimes , men are consistants to pursue for something they want ( sex , exemple , wich happened to me most of the time). But how do you detect consistancy for a potentiel relationship? Chasing a man is an inner issue. If women are chasing, I would say to stop dating and start creating a real love for life and passions! Men chase women they’re interested in. We MUST not be interested in a man that is not interested in us! That is sadly a sign of low self esteem. Allow a man to pursue you. Just be at peace with yourself and you naturally won’t chase a man. 💜

And if I don't take pictures, I call all my friends that I've not kept in touch with for a long time with the outfits that I have on. It's therapeutic and makes me feel good. I also love perfume so I spray my favourite scent and just enjoy it. Besides that, I speak French so I also watch some French movies to keep up with my vocabulary. It's educational and I like it so much ! Also, back in school, I was a long-distance runner so in the evenings, I sometimes go for a run. Makes me feel very energized.

I met a guy years ago and I chased him, I know I chased him but I was doing it to get that high of being around him. I knew I was doing it, Mom and Nan told me to stop, play it cool and I was getting all these stories of how to play it cool and what they did, don't do that but I couldn't stop. I literally couldn't stop and I wasn't even after his love, that's the crazy part about it, I wanted the feeling, the high energy feeling of being happy around him and deep down psychologically it was because I hadn't felt so high and happy in a long time, and I did it for myself, not for him but because he made me feel a certain way within his energy, charasmatic energy. We'd smoke, laugh hard together and I loved it. It didn't really have a great ending, he was a bit of a jerk to me because he did pull away. He was interested in the sex but I told him I only sleep with people who are interested in having a long term relationship with me because I knew if I just did it with him it would make it harder to in effect pull away when it was time and looking back I respected him for phoning me up saying that he was just looking for fun - which on many levels I was but obviously sleeping around for fun wasn't my idea of fun but to be told from another guy I was too good for him after him made me feel better

@Ana Freire... So is she saying that everybody who focuses only on himself/herself is happy? 🤔 I know many couples that focus on each other, not in a toxic way, and ARE happy...so why they are always suggesting to single people to let go and focus only on themselves? If we all apply thus rule, in this world there would be nobody in a couple...makes no sense to me, sorry. The focus is on giving to the other.... and then karma will bring the love to you...

@@alfreire72 Of course not, nor on a man nor on a friend nor on a parent or a sister/brother. The same rule for all. But in this world we are not alone...so focusing only on ourselves is not the key... it should be said differently. How do you explain happy couples? I think repeating to single persons that thwy should focus on themselves is starting to be a kind of... a bit wrong. Everybody should focus on themselves....but not only. State it differently. That was my point.

@@etam.5787 I am not alone. There is the concept of being single is an empty life. I have friends who are my family, i have a really rich life. Now I am recovering from a surgery. Who is helping besides my mum and brother? My friends! The family I choose to share my life with. I know I can count on them. I don't have the man of my life but I have love in my life. @Eta Pagnanelli - This video is intended for women who have a tendency to obsess or focus all of their energy on a man who’s not “there” - whether he’s only giving her crumbs or not showing up for her consistently. I’m obviously not saying to only focus on yourself at all times and never anyone else. I know it can be difficult to pull your attention off of a man who’s not stepping up when you have strong feelings for him, so that’s why I created this video.

This is JUST what I needed to see today. After losing my long term on again/ off again boyfriend to complications from alcoholism a few years ago, I shut myself off emotionally to any male contact; allowed myself to gain quite a bit of weight. Then, I met this awesome guy who I'd known of for quite a while on social media/ networking. We share many interests and hobbies, etc...We felt an amazing chemistry. He has a vivid imagination and would go on and on about all the awesome things we'd do if only we could be together. He inspired me to lose weight and have a new lease on Life. I became attached, but we live 2600 miles away. So meeting and developing a relationship is impossible. There are a few other complications as well. I need to gradually move on from my near obsession with him and be realistic; which I'm doing. This video REALLY helps

I have a man that I really like living with me. Within a month, he tried to move to California for several months. After that fell through, he asked if he could have female company. Those two actions really changed our non committed, non exclusive rather open relationship. I have to close the physical relationship and take care of myself. I am doing better at work and soon will begin cleaning up my own life.

Brilliant brilliant brilliant. How articulate, succinct, and RICH with ALL the really important aspects I need to hear! I’m in love first & foremost with my book I’m writing. Simultaneously is my wonderful network of female friends. During the roller coaster emotions of online messaging, phone calls, and dating, I return to this foundation to keep me centred and focussed on my own life. This way I can make better decisions about any connections and maintain empowerment and mastery over myself in my dating process. Thank you for your wonderful channel! 🤗🙏🏻💕

Thank you Helena, I recently dated a guy which only lasted 3 weeks from the first date. He put in so much effort, calling me everyday, cooked for me, he appeared to tick alot of my boxes. I did think it was going really quick then all of a sudden he said his feelings were not strong enough to carry on. I did blame myself as I was well for 2 weeks with a viral infection so I wasn't 100%. Maybe he came into my life to remind me there are decent men out there. I have set up some dating rules now and make sure I take it slow next time. ❤

watching this video and it is bringing up so much stuff in me: I trauma bonded, yet again, with another person, I met online. the pain is excruciating. I wanted so bad, for it to be love. I purposely went out of my way: to burn down any and every red flag, that emerged. and now they are all just way too painful to ignore. I'm dying inside. dying. the pain is agonizing and tormenting. so much so that I just wish I was, in fact, dead. 42 years old and I've never been in a relationship. never had love. It's hell. absolute utter agonizing paralyzing hell. soul rape.

I never had to chase him, he did it all, but after several months he changed from very hot to cold. I loved him very much but my efforts all went unnoticed, he walked away. I was grieving, but after a few months he returned but only for a short period, left again. I feel devasted, betrayed, hurt, and pure shock! Again he closed the door in my face and I wait, and hoped it could be saved but over the last 3 months yes I attempted in several ways to reach out, but all my efforts went ignored. I am so angry, sad, I thought there was a much deeper connection than with anyone else 💔. His behaviour is very cruel, and I was always very good to him, I don't I deserve that. I had so many unanswered questions, and felt I deserved closure.

Wow. I have really learned from and enjoyed your information laden content! Say, I was wondering, is there a list of Feminine and Masculine energies? I feel embarrassed to ask, but after watching one of your earlier videos with Matt, I realized that my energies may be out of balance from having to rely solely on myself, and frustration at how often I have to analyze and discern the true intentions of the men I would like to actually try to build a relationship with. What can a person do to increase their feminine energy, or vice versa, how do you use masculine energy to your best advantage without driving people you care about away? Thank you Helena, and this a great channel!🙋🏽♀️

@@HelenaHartCoaching I have to just let you know that following on fron watching your videos over and over, they help to ground me and remind me that the issue isn't always me nor is it always him, and that sometimes pulling back in the correct way really helps. My man, following me stepping back, turned up to see me last night. Very unexpected and a shock. We had a good talk and things are back on track. I spent weeks not knowing where it was going and now I realise that that was the most counter productive mindset. As soon as I started to appreciate me and focus on me, the magic happens.
