An avoidant will quietly take away your breath. Never lose your peace for anything. Choose those who choose you. Match their energy by quietly walking away. Don't give anyone the power to make you miserable and confused to the point of almost loosening yourself. Keep discovering yourself and your passion.

Dating an avoidant is like take your soul away. You are left feeling exhausted, unfinished, confused. They still want me to chase after them by bread-crumbing me. ( haha, that’s right. More than one avoidant )

Yes, I totally agree. I do not date avoidants anymore. It is not a life I want to live! They can go and be avoidant with someone else. 😂

That’s so true. If avoidant can be so cruel towards themselves constantly, of course he will be cruel towards you constantly. To them, their behavior was not even considered cruel because it is everyday action which is considered normal

I can listen to this several times…really good. I recently encountered bread-crumbing with lack of response to text or calls, I brought it to his attention and he apologized and corrected it…but I could of just leaned back because if he was interested as he said he was I shouldn’t have had to bring it to his attention

If really hurts when he gives you so much then pulls away. That’s a big red flag 🚩 If he isn’t giving what you want keep your options open and you do you. I also like what you said about seeing who he really is from the get-go, watch his actions not his words. I’m a big believer in facing reality. For years I was giving to many guys the benefit of the doubt and beating myself up for the way they acted, instead of realizing they weren’t what I needed or not good enough to be with me.

I try to do everything right, but they keep disappearing... and it made me whenever i like a new person i get so scared that i am gonna lose them too.. and it never changed. They just disappear and sometimes they chose someone else over me. I am in such a pain that i can not even describe. My experiences made me feel "i am not loved, i am not enough, there is something wrong with me or whatever i like it will runaway..etc". I tried everything to get rid of this cycle. Meditation, subconscious cleaning sessions, affirmations, i've watched countless of self improvement, self love, law of attraction videos and i have learned lots of thing about them. But you know what hurts more?! Having lots of information and knowladge of those and still not being able to change the cycle and getting out of this pit...

Great advice. With the victim blaming culture in our society, I think girls and women are conditioned to believe bad things that happen are their fault. It also extends to dating relationships and looking inward instead of putting the responsibility on the other person.

Excellent video! "When the alignment is there, the attention that you want will flow in your direction. When it's not, your job is actually NOT to believe you need to be any different." "So the best way of you remaining in your worth, is not imagining that there's something different that you need to do that would create a different level of interest, or outcome, over there with him." "...stop believing that you need to to please, or posture, or perform in order for him to do something different. There isn't really, you do something, and then he does something different." Breadcrumbers help you cultivate self-love. "My loving self doesn't want to participate." "If he's only available for a minimal level of contact... You don't need it to be different. You just need to find some other situation that gives you more of what you actually want." "You didn't do anything wrong. You don't need to do anything different. You just need to see more clearly what's in front of you." -JB

Now I have met someone who genuinely likes me and is carefully building something with me, this information rings so true. Getting to know this person has been stress-free. Its been surprising accepting his kind comments, his flowers and his affections as I have been meeting men who just wanted something casual. It was extremely painful and made me feel bad. I think I will find it easier to weed out those type of guys in the future if necessary.

Absolutely! Value myself first, thank you! Alway respecting the other person but I have to make myself the priority. The man I love and am in a committed relationship with has pulled away when it’s convenient for him and has then gotten comfortable with breaking up with any kind of conflict. He dictates when we see each other when before it was a mutual agreement between us. I have found myself trying harder, giving more, carrying the entire load. I have become the caretaker and one who has started walking on egg shells. I have been on a roller coaster these past few weeks. I absolutely needed to see this segment, the two of you have brought me to a better place within myself. Thank you so much 💝💐

I so enjoyed Jack Butlers advice! If only I’d learned this when I was in my twenties….even if I’d learned this in my twenties I probably wouldn’t have heeded it! When you’re young you think you know everything and you don’t really listen to advice unfortunately but that’s the life experience. I’m 68 now and I’ve used Jacks advice and although a man you really like is breadcrumbing or pretending…it still hurts but when you stop the breadcrumbing at the beginning if it’s not what you want the hurt is less and dissipates faster helping you to move on and not waste precious time. A man breadcrumbing, distant is really all about him and something you don’t want to engage in. ✌🏽♥️

Thanks Helena! I like how Jack explains this, really, what we term as pulling away is actually a moment-to-moment detachment that every musculine must go through. The best thing a woman can do is to do absolutely nothing when it happens (one recipe to create deep emotional connection). When a man comes back, a woman has to choose whether he wants the relationship or she chooses to leave. However, that being said, It is misleading to believe that moving on to another man is a solution because one can move on to another relationship where a amn is available at the moment, perhaps even gets married to the next man who then, BOOM years later pulls away intensely because they need to Detach at that moment to fulfill their masculine mission. The key is not to run away from the fact that masculine is detaching at that moment & pulling away, but rather how is the state of the womans emotional intelligence to handle this with grace when it happens, because every musculine man is bound to pull away to fulfill his musculine missions, it is not a matter of if it happens but when it happens!

How do you know it’s not you though? How do you know it’s not to do with where a man is in his life? Where do you draw the line between traits that you could to cause a guy to bread crumb/ be distant and him being in a different stage in his life? I’m so worried about this about use of sometimes. Because what if it is me ?
@audreyandrea4602 жыл бұрын
Then he’s just not your guy! I think that’s a compatibility issue. I’m going through this... just try to work on yourself but do this for yourself and your other relationships, your future, etc. Don’t worry about too much about what he thinks of you. It’s true he may not like the things you do or say but that’s out of control... there will be someone out there who is naturally capable of bringing out the best in you. Get ready to receive his attention and amplify your own goodness as soon as the opportunity to do presents itself. If it’s love, you will both shine.

What if you’re in a committed, long-term relationship? We are at a distance currently because of the pandemic. I usually live in his country. But his country’s borders are closed. We’ve been apart two years. In the last two months he’s pulled away a lot.
@HelenaHartCoaching2 жыл бұрын
I’d say this still applies - it takes very little effort to call or send a text. I have a video coming out in a few weeks for women in long-term relationships, and in the meantime these ones might be helpful if you’re long distance right now: kzbin.info/www/bejne/lYPQZJWfZqmBipo and kzbin.info/www/bejne/mGfchpqHeNmlsKc.

Hi Helena..so I know Jack said to not take the man’s actions personal. But there is always that fear or feeling that he would pick or already picked someone else that isn’t you. In that case, I feel it’s about me and I start to wonder what the problem is with me. I may have accepted the fact that he is a breadcrumber and not for me, but why the other person and not me ?
@HelenaHartCoaching2 жыл бұрын
So much of what makes a man choose a particular woman has to do with things that you have absolutely no control over, so I definitely wouldn’t take it personally. This episode should be helpful: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pqbahmqNaKZ8ec0
