One of my favorite lunches to keep on hand are your spinach and artichoke quesadillas. They are so delicious. And not that they need any improvement but the last time I made them I added 4 oz cream cheese and swapped half the mozzarella for cooper cheese. The cream cheese makes them creamy and the cooper cheese makes them ooey gooey melty. Game changer for sure

One thing about the lettuce wraps: make sure you make 10 times as much as you think you’ll need and make smaller bags so that you can hide them in your freezer. But don’t forget where they are. Because you will eat one for lunch one for dinner and the next day you’ll want it again for lunch and dinner, and the next day. Or is it just me?

I really want to make these! I have a couple of questions: About the first recipe- I’ve never cooked with fish sauce and my husband is worried it will make the food taste “fishy”. I’m thinking it just adds more flavor. Can you give me your opinion on this and what brand do you use, or what do you recommend? Also what are uncooked steamed fried noodles in this recipe. And what are the noodles in the last recipe? I hope you can help me💗

I used to think it might taste fishy eww leave it out. But no! Let me tell you that it adds a depth in flavour. Kind of like anchovies adds to Cesar Salad. Don't be afraid. It is good! (and I don't like fishy flavours!)

I agree with the others about the fish sauce. Not fishy, just flavourful. It doesn't matter what brand. We just use what's on sale. It's super cheap. The steam fried noodles are these: FARKAY Steam Fried Noodles, 397 g a.co/d/dp0bJTn We've discovered not every place has them.
