Christy! Use plain Greek yogurt in place of coconut milk in the chickpea Tikka masala. It's traditional for Tikka masala to use yogurt to marinade meats, so the tang would work.

I’m with Christy… end of summer is sad. As far as I’m concerned, Summer should start on May 1and end on February 28. You can have March and April as cold months, chilly nights and warmer cool days, then bring on the heat and beach weather again on May 1!

Do you ladies generally use only one bag per meal or do you grab two bags to feed your family?

Depending on the recipe, one bag will feed four to six people. So usually just one bag. Sometimes we have to cook things like potatoes, rice or pasta or make a side or salad but for the most part one bag will feed my family of four and often have enough for my husband to take leftovers for lunch.
