it is amazing progress. He would have had more if he did roids, and that is what commenters are comparing him with. Roid users. He did it the much healthier way by not jumping on roids to get more mass. Given he is natural the progress is amazing. Mad respect for the grind and the results.

@@sigmaandpi2062 I'm fully aware steroids make you grow muscle without even training, but you still need to gain weight and eat protein for that to happen. And it's almost always better to eat a shitty diet but at least hit your protein and calories, than to eat a "healthy" diet, but fall short on calories and protein. Remember, you can gain or lose weight and muscle no matter how healthy or unhealthy you eat. It just depends on calories and protein.

People just underestimate how hard it is to gain weight. Some of us don't have the amount of money to spend it on insane amount of food to get bigger and stronger, and the worst part is that food intake is one of the most important aspects of gaining weight. Fuck, you might be destroying yourself at the gym and resting well and enough but just because you can't really buy enough quality food you won't get good progress like other people. It took me a while to understand that.

The reason why people are hating is because he has so many opportunities that others don't have, he's worked with other fitness influencers and even had a sponsor with myprotein. But he let fame get to his head, and involved himself with controversies which lead to him losing his sponsor, he always lies about his calorie intake claiming to eat 3000 calories yet struggles to a single cheese burger. There are so many other people who work so much harder than him but don't have the opportunities that jackfitness had.

When you're a skinny guy trying to put on weight like this guy you basically have to eat every hour and because of that you always feel full and lethargic. It feels terrible but eventually you'll gain enough muscle where your body will need more calories and it'll become easier to eat, you just gotta get through the annoying phase (source: I had to do this)

it is really hard to increase your food intake. I run and swim and eat a lot to make up for it. Then I got cancer. After being operated twice, I was not allowed to walk for more than 10 minutes at a time, or lift anything or move much for half a year. Plus, each time I was operated, I was not allowed to eat solid food for a couple of weeks. This all meant I was not able to eat much. I sometimes got an upset stomach after drinking too much water on one take. It took about half a year for me to get back to normal. Once I was able to work out again, my digestive system got back on track. It must be so much harder for a guy who never ate much at all.

Im a big fan of Arcdelio, but this video doesn't cover even close to the whole story. Jack blew up on social media because he was a skinny guy trying to gain weight. No problem right? WRONG! Because he developed a MASSIVE ego and quite literally lost weight from his (very slim) peak. He also collabbed with only fans models to try to get more views. He admitted he doesn't even go to the gym anymore, but still makes fake fitness content. Thats why everyone hates him.

A Good Tip what helps me for several months now: 3 Times a Day I eat 2 Toasts with spreadable sausage, Cheese, Mayonnaise and Sausage, I drink 1 Package of Milk everyday and One bowl of oatmeal every day with Grenade apple seeds and yoghurt. 2 Bananas everyday, I always have a package of unsalted nuts on my Desk so 5-6 handful of nuts everyday and what mom cooks, mostly chicken or another meat and potatoes and I make excellent Gains.

Another reason why people hated on the guy is because he used to promote girls' OFs and just hang around with the wrong people, which kind of contributed to his slow progress. But the end of the day, he's still grinding and trying to better himself. Can't really hate on him for that.

this guy is just like me when I had anorexia and weighed 33 kg with a height of 171 cm (NO IBS!). Then NOTHING went into my mouth. I understood that if I ate more than a couple of bites, I would go to the toilet and flush everything down the drain. Now, naturally, I have healed and have already gained a couple of kilos, most of which are muscles, since at my minimum weight they were completely burned out like the guy in the photo and my progress looks something like this. (PS. I still blame myself for what I eat and consider myself a pig.)

Man went from Mr Malnutrition to Slim Jim. I'd say he's on the right track. Bear in mind he's gaining muscle not fat or needless pounds of any kind. That gain is pure gain, not flab. Probably not consuming vitamins, but eating pure food and sticking to a regiment that works on strength. And he seems to be eating better in time. Most all natural muscular guys gain them in like 2 years for the full effect of an all around toned body. (Muscularity not necessarily included.)

what people don't get is that he actually put on a really nice amount of muscle, if it were all fat he'd have looked huge sure but he still looks ripped because he did it slow and steady. That's the best way to bulk, you can keep doing it for longer as well and there's not much health issues. Too many "influencers" in the comments who don't know anything but dirty bulk

exercise even when you feel lethargic. make sure your eating good whole foods (although theres no shame in cheating meals every now especially if you have fast metabolism, just balance it out), eat a quick snack before working out like a rice cake and a banana and eat a lot afterwards. take time to increase your calories instead of jumping into it right away, i would say add an extra meal or snack every week or 2 depending on how much you can comfortably eat. go outside a lot, do walks and exercise because eating is more difficult when you are sitting down all day. eat consistently good whole foods and snacks, some that helped me were almonds, walnuts, yogurt, cottage cheese, oatmeal, peanut butter, avocados (my absolute favorite i eat those mfs with a spoon) and granola for snacks. make sure your getting enough protein. OLIVE OIL IS YOUR BEST FRIEND, USE IT WHENEVER YOU COOK USING A PAN, and one of the biggest things that helped me was drinking the majority of my calories. a simple shake with oats, whole milk, heavy whipping cream, spinach, peanut butter powder, and protein powder goes a longggg way. if you can afford it, id recommend drinking 3-4 of those a day. it isnt easy and it takes time but it works. best of luck on your journey brother!

I’m going to take a stand here. This dude is barely benching over 90 lbs after nearly a full year of training and you are applauding it as if it’s a massive milestone. This is horrific progress even if “slow progress is still progress”. He put on 2 kg in almost a year time and he is giving advice on how to deadlift, the advice itself was horrible as well. And to the people who are going to comment “be more positive” I will say this, this dude could have gotten 5x if not even more the progress of he just ate, trained actually hard and understood the basics of programming. Some people need a slap against the back of their head (figuratively speaking), and understand that they can do a lot more and I’m sick and tired of people yes-manning him and telling him he made great progress, because he didn’t and deep down a lot of you know it to

He went from 49kg to 60kg, 11kg gained, so he had to have been eating a substantial surplus, consistently. Gaslighting someone, saying they're not eating when they are, is not helpful because it has no basis in reality. He's probably gaining at a good pace. If he eats even more, unless he hops on enormous amounts of PEDs he will gain mostly fat, and the same people who make fun of him for being skinny will make fun of him even more when any muscle gains and definition becomes covered by fat so his progress visually appears even slower.
@byteviper2668
@byteviper2668 Ай бұрын
"pretty substantial" is not even close to true. The rule is usually 1LB per week of weight gain for normal people, and for very underweight people like Jack, it should be about 2LBS per week. He's gaining 0.83lbs a week. He doesn't even need to eat that much either. His BMR is 1800ish calories, and for 0.83lbs a week, its a 300 calorie surplus. Even if he's active, that's under 3000 calls a day. Not impressive at all.
