Yes its really working... 1st day - i will take oats kanji for all those 3 times 2nd day- same with 2 green banana 3rd day- 2 times oats as 2 chappathi ,night time fruits 4th day-same as 3rd 5th day- one time oats Lunch 2 chappathi, night time i will take karunakelangu porial with less amount of oil. 6th day - as same as 5th day 7th day-morning only oats..and i will small bowl rice with mutton gravy....night idly sapten During this diet i will do 1000 time skipping for 6 days...so i have lost 2.8kg by following this diet..

This is crash diet...Try to follow this only for a week and go to a proper weight loss diet... We have that in our channel for 14 days... Try that...It will help in reducing weight effectively... Try doing some regular exercises too, that will help u in reducing belly fat... It is always 75% diet and 25% exercise
