Wonderfully explained about everything!Can the entire mixture be kept outside at room temperature overnight, without refrigeration? I always feel uneasy whenever I consume anything cold in the morning.

Thank you for the recipe. I have one question in mind. Can we soak pumpkin and sunflower seeds overnight and use the same water for consumption? In the second recipe have you added soaked sunflower seeds or used it directly?

Good, i am happy with your oats recipes. Instead of refrigerate can't we keep it in room temperature and have it next morning. Need link for rolled oats and mejule dates. I really enjoy your oats smoothy every morning which you shared ealier. My health is good now.
