Im still working on my childhood trauma hadca terrible childhood but am an empath i chose the other way. Im now realising my mother was a narcissist hence why she always hated me and my estradiol sister is definitely a narcasist. My brother who has never wanted to know me coukd also be one? Who knows a i know is im definitely not a narcissist thank goodness. He knew i had a terrible childhood and i had trust issues, and hadn't been in a relationship for many years. Everything he told me he wasn't he definitely is!!!! Thanks Chris great video as always.
